These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Kewibawaan Makmur Berhad ("Company"), a table and chair rental company. By using our services, you ("Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
 

1. Rental Period
1.1 The rental period begins when the items are delivered and ends when they are picked up by the Company.
1.2 Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
 

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and a deposit of [insert percentage]% of the total rental cost.
2.2 Full payment is required 30 days prior to the event date.

3. Delivery and Pickup
3.1 The Company will deliver and pick up the rented items at the agreed location and times.

3.3 Additional charges may apply for deliveries or pickups outside of standard hours or for locations with limited access.
 

4. Use and Care of Rental Items
4.1 Customer is responsible for the proper use and care of all rented items.
4.2 Any damage or loss of rental items will be charged to the Customer at replacement cost.
4.3 Rental items should not be moved from the original setup location without prior approval from the Company.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
5.2 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
5.3 Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event will forfeit the deposit.

6. Liability
6.1 The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of the rented items.
6.2 Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the rental items.

7. Force Majeure
7.1 The Company is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or governmental restrictions.

8. Indemnification
8.1 Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rented items.

9. Governing Law
9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws
9.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts

10. Amendments
10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be provided to the Customer upon request.
